WELCOME TO THE
LA REDOUTE IN BONN – BAD GODESBERG

A warm welcome to the La Redoute event venue!

For 225 years, La Redoute has been one of the finest and most prestigious venues for exclusive events in the Bonn region and is renowned far beyond the borders of the federal city.

Built as a ballroom and concert hall for the last Archbishop-Elector of Cologne, we can look back on centuries of tradition as an event venue.

Beethoven was „discovered“ here, countless crowned heads and heads of state have celebrated here, and now we look forward to welcoming you!

We’ve dedicated a whole page here to the house’s fascinating history!

WE HAVE

„Sustainability is not a destination, but a journey.“

We are a training company and currently have five apprentices.
Especially in these difficult corona times, we are giving young people a chance,
to pursue their dreams and career aspirations.
Together for a better future!
This includes the mindful and ethical handling of food.
Our head chef Matthias Pietsch would like the sensitivity
and to sharpen the sense of responsibility of its trainees.
So we do not process ready-made goods, but bake our own bread
and make the butter ourselves, process vegetables from root to tip,
break down whole fish into all usable parts, we process meat „from nose to tail“ also for juices and stocks, source Eifel original lamb,
picking herbs... and our milk for your cappuccino is, of course, organic. Naturally.

Seasonal cooking means preferring to use regional and seasonal products. Premium quality and sustainability are not a contradiction!
E-mobility: we have two electric vehicle charging stations right outside the building.
We use green electricity.
Our cleaning products are biodegradable and, thanks to an osmosis system, we save further resources when cleaning glasses and crockery.
Gender quota: we've counted up for the first time, sorry guys 🙂
By the way, most of our staff are permanently employed. Dishwashers, chefs, front of house, cleaning, apprentices, gardeners, office – we are a team!

We want to operate sustainably at all levels. We pursue this
in the Redoute Bonn and the Redüttchen through inspiration, product quality, collaboration and exchange.
This is the path we want to take with our team, our suppliers and
to work transparently and with strong communication with you, our customers.
Every step helps and „sustainable event management“ is a most important topic.

Enjoy sustainably – out of responsibility for people, animals,
Environment and society.
