GREEN SALON
The elegantly appointed and inviting Green Salon on the first floor has wood parquet and an open fireplace, making it just the right place for festive events. It once served as a bedroom for Archbishop Elector of Cologne Max Franz. He stayed there when he didn’t want to return by horse carriage to the Bonn Castle in the evening. Christian Dior also stayed in this room overnight when he came to host his first fashion show in Germany
