CATERING

We would be delighted to spoil you with our culinary finesse.  Our kitchen staff and service team are ready to fulfill your wishes.  We always cook with the freshest ingredients, preferably from the region.  And we are more than happy to cater to special preferences for dietary, religious or other reasons; we will ensure you have the perfect meal for your special occasion.  From our extensive collection of wines, we prefer those from the “old world” – we don’t want the wines to be transported thousands of kilometers, which is not good for the wine or the environment. We would also be happy to provide you with a complete bar so you can pamper your guests with freshly mixed cocktails.

The food selection is only a proposal to give you a little idea of what we could offer.
We are happy to work with you on a menu that fulfills your personal wishes.
Of course, individual items from the menu proposals
can be combined to created your own desired menu or buffet.
